YOur path to your new Career


There are three important steps to earning your real estate license in Alabama and beginning your new career.

STEP one:


60-Hour Pre-License Course

The first step in your real estate career, this eight week classroom course prepares you to take the Alabama Real Estate Exam.

Next Session: January 2023

Step TWO:


30-Hour Post-License Course

After passing the state exam, you're ready for "Real Estate Boot Camp," also known as Sales Post-License.

Next Session: February 2023

StEP three:


Continuing Education

Continue to learn through out your career with required and elective Continuing Education courses.
